BGM has a long and distinguished history evolving from the Woods Theatrical Agency of the 1970's to the agency of today.

At the end of 2007, following a partnership of 9 years, Marea Jablonski became the principal Director of BGM. Marea's background is largely in theatre, working at the Melbourne Theatre Company as Casting Director and then as the Administrator of the School of Drama at the Victorian College of the Arts. Marea has been in touch with the needs of actors from many different angles and her 26 years in the industry give her a unique understanding of the profession.

Bertha Rubin and Bridget Payton joined the agency as actors agents and round off BGM with their experience in the film, advertising and television industries, with Bridget also managing the voice-over department.

Libby Ross, of LR Publicity is BGM's publicist. With over 20 year's experience in theatre/arts publicity, Libby is working closely with the agency to maximize the promotion of our actors.
